Common questions
How do I report someone or something?
Tap the ⋯ on any post, story, peek, comment or profile and choose Report. We review every report within 24 hours.
How do I block someone?
Open their profile → ⋯ → Block. They can't see your content, message you or find you on the map.
How do I make an account?
Download Peekaboo and tap Continue with Apple (iPhone) or Continue with Google (Android). There's no password to remember, and you pick your username once.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, posts, stories, chats and files right away. Can't open the app? Email us from the email address on your account (or tell us your username) and we'll delete it within 30 days.
I forgot my password.
Accounts made with Apple or Google don't have a password – just tap the same button again. For an older account made with a username or email, email us with your username and we'll help you get back in.
Someone posted a photo of me without asking.
Report it in the app, or email us with a screenshot and we'll remove it.
Is my location shared?
Only with your friends, and only while you turn sharing on. Ghost mode hides you any time.
